Job Summary
Senior culinary leader to oversee a 10–15 person kitchen team, manage food cost and labor, purchasing, inventory, purveyor relationships, and seasonal menus utilizing fresh local seafood and produce. Lead active service during extended peak-season hours, maintain standards, and ensure food safety and sanitation. Maintain structure, accountability, and calm leadership across the kitchen while balancing speed, quality, and organization. Requires open availability including nights and weekends, strong communication with ownership and staff, and a track record of leadership in high-volume, coastal/seasonal environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior kitchen leadership experience
- Executive Chef or senior BOH leadership experience
- Experience in seasonal or coastal environments preferred
- Proven P&L management experience
- ServSafe certification required
