Job Summary

Oversee and lead culinary operations across hotel outlets and events, manage kitchen operations, develop and execute seasonal outlet menus, maintain food quality and presentation, ensure health and safety compliance, control costs and inventory, recruit and mentor culinary teams, and collaborate with leadership to support budgets and guest experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Journeyman Red Seal or equivalent experience
  • Food Safe Certificate
  • strong leadership and culinary expertise
  • experience in multi-outlet hotel, banquet, and event operations an asset
  • financial acumen and budgeting ability
  • knowledge of WHMIS and Sun Peaks policies
