Join a new French Bistro opening in early 2026 in Vail Village as either an Executive Chef or Sous Chef. You’ll lead culinary operations and contribute to menu development, ensuring high standards in food quality and presentation as we build a brand and reputation in the Rockies. Experience in restaurant openings and menu engineering will be advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Executive Chef or Sous in an upscale high volume environment
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems including P&L knowledge
- Passion for food and cooking techniques, specifically Upscale French Bistro
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
