Job Summary
The Executive Chef at Shooting Star Casino is responsible for delivering excellent guest service while managing food quality and presentation. This role involves preparing operational reports, analyzing trends, and coordinating training activities for culinary staff. The chef must develop recipes and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints, alongside maintaining a sanitary work environment and responding to guest concerns. Essential qualifications include a bachelor's degree in food preparation or related fields, advanced cooking knowledge, and the ability to develop, mentor, and motivate the culinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with major concentration in food preparation, management, nutrition or related field and five years related experience
- Culinary degree and minimum of two years related experience

- Must meet the requirements as prescribed by the Tribal-State compact for Gaming.
