Job Summary
Seeking an Executive Chef for senior living with responsibilities including overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, staff training, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Requires 5+ years of culinary experience, preferably with strong knowledge in food service management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience depending upon formal degree or training
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive catering experience
- High volume, complex foodservice operations experience
- Institutional and batch cooking experiences
- Hands-on chef experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality
- Must be experienced with computers including Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities
- ServSafe certified
