Job Summary
Executive Chef responsible for leading day-to-day kitchen operations, planning and presenting quality food in a cost-effective, safe manner; manage staff and labor targets; train kitchen staff; ensure food quality and consistency through tastings; supervise BOH/FOH collaboration; manage inventory, ordering, and adherence to budgets; uphold sanitation and safety standards; schedule staff, perform performance reviews, and maintain positive, proactive leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school education plus schooling in culinary arts
- 3+ years in kitchen management
