Job Summary
Executive Chef responsible for leading the culinary program across two properties (Dunton Hot Springs year-round and Dunton River Camp in the May–October season). Develop daily menus driven by seasonal availability and guest dietary needs, uphold the Relais & Châteaux food philosophy, source locally, mentor a small culinary team, manage kitchen operations including inventory, budgeting, ordering, cost control, and food safety, and engage guests in an open kitchen setting across both locations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional culinary experience
- leadership roles in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments
