Job Summary

Executive Chef leading Ridgewells Catering’s culinary operations for high-profile events, weddings, corporate functions, and national contracts. Responsible for developing innovative, seasonal menus, upholding Ridgewells’ refined brand standards, and providing hands-on kitchen leadership from prep to service. Manages and mentors a culinary team, schedules daily production and large-scale event staffing, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards while controlling food and labor costs. Collaborates with Operations, Event Planners, and Sales teams to execute flawless events, participates in tastings and client meetings, and adapts menus to client needs with creativity under pressure. Requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and flexibility to travel for major events.

Required Qualifications

  • Culinary degree from an accredited institution required; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive culinary leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an Executive Chef or comparable senior role.
  • Experience in off-premise catering and large-scale event production highly preferred.
