Job Summary
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Culinary Department, its programs, and activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Coordinate culinary services with other departments and maintain the department budget, including written records for expenditures. Assume administrative authority and accountability for supervising the Culinary Services Department to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Assist in developing and interpreting written culinary policies and procedures while promoting hospitality and excellent customer service to guests, families, and visitors. This full-time role requires a Certified Executive Chef with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience to oversee operations at WellBridge of Brighton.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Executive Chef
- Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts
- Certified Dietary Manager
- professional work history equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide culinary services appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents

- knowledgeable of the laws, regulations and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities
