Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in a fast-paced, multi-outlet healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef, with a strong background in high-volume dining and institutional operations. Key responsibilities include creating a culture of creativity and mentorship within the culinary team, implementing diverse and exciting menus with stunning presentations, and demonstrating excellent communication and management skills. A culinary degree is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in a supervisory role as Sous Chef or Executive Chef
- High volume background
- Institutional facility or multi-outlet experience preferred
