Job Summary
Prepare food orders and manage kitchen operations by slicing, chopping, and cooking items according to written orders while communicating professionally with servers. Order supplies as needed, maintain sanitized work areas and equipment, and track food inventory in compliance with state health and safety regulations. Report any violations to management and perform assigned duties to ensure smooth daily service. High school diploma or GED required with prior cooking experience preferred.
