Executive Chef responsible for overall daily kitchen operations across banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge, and employee cafeteria; leads the kitchen management team, guides staff, and ensures sanitation and high-quality food standards while optimizing financial performance. Develops menus, manages purchasing and receiving, staffing, budgeting, and fosters guest and employee satisfaction through leadership, training, and continuous improvement of culinary operations across multiple areas.
