Job Summary
Executive Chef responsible for overall daily kitchen operations, leading staff and managing all food-related functions; develops menus and recipes, ensures compliance with sanitation and safety standards, maintains budget, and drives guest and employee satisfaction through leadership of the culinary team. Oversees purchasing, receiving, food storage, portion control, waste management, and coordinating with staff to deliver high-quality, consistent food presentation and service; accountable for training and developing team members, supervising cooks, and ensuring brand standards and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
