Job Summary
Executive Chef at Locanda leading a hands-on, high-standard Italian kitchen. Responsible for running a tight professional kitchen, building a strong team, executing restaurant-level dishes with classic techniques, and maintaining quality across every service. Must have Italian cuisine expertise, strong cost-management skills, team development, and the ability to own the menu, culture, and consistency from day one. Location is South Kingstown, RI. Salary up to $100,000 with performance-based bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
