Job Summary

Executive Chef responsible for supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation; developing standardized recipes and utilizing production tools to meet food quality and cost objectives; and participating in planning and executing special events at Clayton State University.

Required Qualifications

  • Must-haves: At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
  • Experience with budget statements.
