Job Summary
Lead culinary operations across catering, retail café, and meal-plan production; develop and execute high-end catering menus tailored to client expectations and budgets; ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion standards; drive culinary innovation while maintaining cost control; manage premium catering events from menu design through on-site execution; oversee daily café production, menu offerings, service standards, and monitor food cost and product mix; manage large-scale meal production for meal plans or institutional dining programs; maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; manage food costs, labor efficiency, and inventory; support revenue growth through menu engineering and pricing strategies; lead, train, and develop kitchen teams; ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years culinary experience
- senior leadership experience
- catering/high-volume production experience
- retail food operations experience
- strong client-facing culinary experience
- leadership and organizational skills
- food cost control and financial management
- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Food Safe certification required
