Job Summary
Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus that align with the establishment's concept while maintaining cost efficiency. Supervise daily kitchen operations, coordinate staff recruitment and training, and manage inventory, supplier relationships, and budgeting to minimize waste. Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, maintain a clean kitchen environment, and collaborate with front-of-house teams to address guest feedback. Monitor equipment maintenance and recommend upgrades as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role within a reputable food service establishment
- Formal culinary education or equivalent professional training
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen staff and operations effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
