Job Summary
Provide culinary leadership for Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort, directing the culinary operations for a $10M revenue business with extensive event space; oversee menu concept development, product specs, procurement, and cost control; maintain food safety standards, coordinate kitchen staff and workflows, and lead initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and Net Promoter Score through exceptional food and beverage experiences; mentor hosts and staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with Dollywood’s culture and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in high-volume resort/hotel
- Two (2) years banquet chef in medium to high volume resort
- Six (6) years high-volume culinary supervisory experience
- Bachelor's or Associates Culinary degree or ACF certification preferred
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager and Allertrain certification required or able to obtain
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Driver's license and driving record requirements
