Executive Chef Dietary Manager

Job Summary
Executive Chef and Dietary Manager traveling statewide across Oklahoma to coach Dietary Managers, improve food quality and taste, lead kitchen operations, and ensure dietary compliance. You will mentor dietary teams, optimize per-patient-day food spending, teach best practices in menu execution and food service standards, and drive staff engagement and retention while coordinating PCC documentation and state survey readiness. Hospital/long-term care experience and proven leadership are essential; RD is a plus but not required. This role involves traveling to facilities across the state to provide hands-on support and culinary leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience as a facility Dietary Manager
- A track record of job stability
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Oklahoma
- Strong leadership and teaching ability
- Solid understanding of food cost management and PPD budgeting
- RD credential is a plus, but not required
Desired Qualifications
