Job Summary
Executive Chef to lead 3 dining outlets, banquets and outdoor tents at Peddler’s Village Cock ’N Bull. Oversee culinary operations, lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency, and drive financial outcomes through budgets, forecasting, menu engineering, pricing strategy, and vendor selection. Collaborate with General Manager and Culinary Director on cost control, labor management, and profit-enhancing initiatives; design menus for restaurants, banquets, and events and partner on promotions and brand positioning. Maintain compliance with food safety standards, and mentor Sous Chefs to prepare them for growth opportunities; foster accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership experience in high-volume multi-unit operations
