Job Summary
Executive Chef responsible for managing all aspects of food production for restaurants, functions, and other outlets at the Boston Marriott Burlington. Leads culinary team, develops menus and recipes, trains staff, supervises kitchen operations, controls food and labor costs, maintains high food quality and sanitation standards, and ensures efficient dining experiences through collaboration with front-of-house and banquet teams. Requires culinary degree and 3-5 years progressive high-volume experience; must be able to oversee BOH operations, staffing, budgeting, and food safety in a hotel environment.
