Job Summary
Lead all kitchen and sushi operations while ensuring operational excellence in food quality, service, and guest experience. Oversee critical quality control points for every menu item, including portioning and plating to guarantee dishes meet specifications. Drive leadership across the team by hiring, training, and developing employees to positively impact the P&L. Manage daily activities in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment, exercising independent judgment to handle sensitive information discreetly. Requires two years of management experience leading high-volume kitchens, five years of culinary background, and a valid Food Handlers card.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of management experience, leading BoH operations in a high-volume, full-service kitchen
- Minimum of 5 years related culinary experience and/or training
- Valid Food Handlers card required
Desired Qualifications
- Sushi experience preferred
