Job Summary
Executive Chef responsible for hands-on kitchen leadership in a full-service, fine-dining operation. Lead and mentor culinary staff, delegate responsibilities to develop others, coach on the culinary side, and collaborate with the operations team to deliver high-quality, safely prepared menu items. Must possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail in presentation and service, and proficient administrative/computer skills. Requires at least five years of kitchen leadership experience, scratch kitchen background, banquet experience, and a commitment to quality, integrity, and guest satisfaction. This role is based in Novi, MI, and is full-time with competitive benefits.
