Job Summary
Executive Chef role overseeing all aspects of campus food service operations at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, NM, including resident dining, retail, catering and concessions. Lead purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and production forecasting; ensure Sodexo culinary standards, recipe compliance, and high food quality; develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations; maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards; manage automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
- Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
