Job Summary
Executive Chef role leading culinary operations for a high-volume account ($1.51–$3.5M annual). Oversees menu development, catering, inventory management, cost controls, staffing and training of culinary teams, and ensures exceptional food quality and service aligned with Parkhurst standards. Responsibilities include P&L accountability, kitchen supervision, food production methods, portion control, and delivering personalized guest experiences while maintaining food safety and sustainability standards. Seeking an experienced culinary leader with strong skills in menu innovation, team development, and operational efficiency in a full-time kitchen leadership position.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience, including 4+ in culinary management
- Skilled in menu development, inventory, P&L, and cost controls
- Experience in delivering personalized experiences and addressing diverse dietary needs
- Strong background in hiring, training, and mentoring culinary teams
- Expertise in menu innovation, food safety, sanitation, and sustainability standards
