Job Summary
Lead both people and performance for an early education center as Executive Center Director. Drive enrollment and retention through marketing, community outreach, and exceptional families partnerships while managing budgets, payroll, billing, and compliance. Oversee operations, scheduling, staffing, and a high-performing team to deliver safe, high-quality early learning experiences. Maintain licensing compliance, foster an inclusive, accountable culture, coach staff with performance management, and partner with families to support center growth and community impact. Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field is preferred; Director Credential and licensing compliance are required. 1+ years of leadership experience (2+ preferred) and strong knowledge of regulations are expected.
