Job Summary
Executive Center Director at The Learning Experience responsible for leading a center by maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring staffing with high-performing teachers, coaching and guiding teachers through the proprietary curriculum, driving enrollment and family engagement, managing center operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll, and delivering community marketing events and tours to drive awareness and enrollment. Requires center leadership/management experience and state credentialing requirements, plus compliance with licensing rules and background screening.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of center leadership/management experience required.
- Have state specific Administrative or Director credential, and any other state specific guidelines for the role.
- Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
