Job Summary
Lead both people and performance of the center, balancing education, operations, and business goals. Drive enrollment and retention through marketing, tours, and strong relationships with families. Oversee budgets, P&L, billing, payroll, and financial compliance while maintaining licensing standards, health/safety protocols, and brand standards. Manage and develop a high-performing team, coach and provide performance management, foster an inclusive culture, and partner with staff and families to deliver exceptional early learning experiences. Maintain center quality and compliance, with ongoing training, leadership growth, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of leadership experience (2+ preferred)
- Required Director Credential and licensing compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and regulations
