Develop and maintain relationships with guests through telemarketing, written correspondence, and monitoring player gaming activity to arrange special services and comps. Assist in planning special player parties, promotions, tournaments, and VIP check-ins while educating players on the card program. Constantly seek new ideas to enhance the guest experience and maintain a professional image adhering to all regulatory and company policies. Act as a role model for the Credit to Hollywood Casino brand and support marketing areas including Club Hollywood and Player Services. Requires an associate degree preferred and two years of casino host or similar gaming experience.
