Job Summary
Identify and encourage new guests while acknowledging and maintaining rapport with existing players to convert first-time visitors into repeat customers. Establish influential business relationships with the premium player base through timely communication and proactively issue comps based on play analysis, frequency, and ADT. MC casino events, drawings, VIP parties, and celebrate winners on the floor while monitoring competitive market activities and promotions. Recruit new Players Club card members, explain benefits, and meet monthly quotas on signups and reactivation of inactive patrons. Drive increased visitation through focused telemarketing efforts and ensure guests receive accurate information regarding current giveaways and special functions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Casino Host
- emphasis in Marketing
- Must be 21 years of age
- Excellent guest service and people skills
- Experience with Casino Marketplace Player tracking system
- Understanding of the evaluation of the players theoretical worth
- Must have excellent math skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust
- Registration with Gaming Control Board
