Job Summary
Executive Casino Host responsible for nurturing premium-player relationships, promoting property events and offers, and driving guest engagement across casino floor, restaurants, and VIP events. Responsibilities include communicating with existing and potential customers, recording and maintaining customer information, preparing reservation forms, analyzing guest history and profitability via computer systems, and telemarketing Premium Players. Travel to various player events to promote the property; extend compliments per policy; develop personal relationships with Premium Players; monitor play and advise guests on lines of credit; coordinate promotions and respond to declines in play with retention efforts. Requires strong sales/customer service background, excellent communication, basic computer skills, and professional attire.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales/customer service position experience and/or a minimum of 3 years as an Executive Casino Host with an adequate customer following preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Appropriate business attire
