Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding relationships with guests to promote loyalty and frequent visits, addressing guest requests promptly, owning the guest experience, building and maintaining a comprehensive player database, generating incremental gaming revenue through understanding player needs and offering tailored hospitality, coordinating hospitality events and communications (daily/weekly/monthly), understanding products and initiatives to promote new offerings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting off-property events and travel as needed to deliver an industry-leading, personalized service experience.
