Job Summary
Campaign Management professional responsible for day-to-day planning, execution, and monitoring of local and regional digital content campaigns to achieve KPIs. Collaborates with brand teams, agency planners, content creators, digital publishers, and media vendors; manages multiple projects within timelines and budgets; performs performance analysis and provides optimization recommendations; produces detailed client reports; stays abreast of digital and social media marketing trends; identifies, recruits, and manages influencers to extend campaign reach.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of digital marketing experience, social media, and content experience
- Digital Savvy: Possess and demonstrate excellent understanding of social media and actively use apps such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to negotiate with agencies and publishers to meet campaign objectives
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team Collaboration: Strong collaborative spirit and positive working attitude to thrive in a team environment
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset, excellent time-management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn and adopt different tools for efficient work
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently while achieving campaign objectives
