Job Summary
Coordinate complex calendars, manage executive travel, and prepare briefing materials to maximize leader effectiveness. Anticipate challenges and independently resolve issues while tracking objectives and driving accountability across stakeholders. Lead internal communications, organize town halls and leadership events, and partner with HR on talent reviews and succession planning. Manage expense reports, track invoices, and maintain executive records with strict discretion. Operate in a fast-paced environment requiring exceptional judgment and business acumen to navigate competing priorities. Establish trusted operating rhythms that improve organizational alignment and execution discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Demonstrated success operating in highly dynamic, fast-paced, and complex business environments
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, and messaging
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, business acumen, and executive presence
- Ability to navigate competing priorities with professionalism and confidence
