Job Summary
Executive Business Partner to the CEO providing high-level executive support and operational coordination across domestic/international travel, meeting preparation, and cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include managing a high-volume executive inbox, calendar, travel logistics, preparing agendas and executive summaries, protecting executive time, liaising with internal/external stakeholders, tracking company initiatives, improving workflows, and supporting strategic development with potential growth into Chief of Staff and operational leadership roles. Requires 10+ years of experience with senior executives, exceptional organizational and communication skills, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of executive support, operations, project coordination, or related experience
- Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or leadership teams
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
