Job Summary
Manage complex, multi-time zone calendars, screen contacts, and prioritize meetings for the CEO and executive team. Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, private transportation, and high-level scheduling while triaging communications and drafting professional correspondence. Maintain day-to-day books for personal entities, reconcile bank statements monthly, and manage vendor invoicing and household budgets. Act as a liaison to external accounting, finance, legal counsel, and estate vendors, providing high-level notetaking and follow-up after meetings. Organize team communications, plan internal and offsite events, and maintain strict confidentiality with all materials. Requires 24/7 and on-site availability with a salary of $150,000-$160,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- 3-5 years of executive administrative experience
- Valid driver's license
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools
