Job Summary
Executive Business Partner to support senior leadership: duties include drafting internal communications and leadership messaging, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and care. You’ll drive execution against key priorities, manage executive calendars and travel, prepare briefing materials and presentations, act as gatekeeper for calls and visitors, process expense reports, and assist with executive social media presence and internal announcements. The role requires a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, discretion with confidential information, multitasking prowess, and collaboration across executives, communications teams, and stakeholders. Experience contributing to internal communications, calendar management, travel logistics, and supporting senior executives is desirable.
