Job Summary
Executive Business Partner to the CEO and COO, serving as a trusted advisor, operational integrator, and strategic facilitator to maximize executive impact. Drive organizational alignment around strategic goals, prepare executive briefings and materials, support decision-making through analysis, shepherd critical corporate projects and federal market strategies from conception to execution, identify operational gaps and risks, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration and communication across leadership teams. Role emphasizes governance, KPI tracking, and scalable processes to support high-growth government contracting environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Operations or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting senior executives in a professional services or corporate environment.
- 5+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, strategy, consulting, or chief-of-staff type roles.
- 5+ years of recent Government Contracting work – especially with USAF/USSF.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior executives and leadership teams.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- High-level attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office products to include Teams, and SharePoint, etc.).
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, CAP)
- Experience supporting C-level executives in Industry or with the Gov’t (O-6 and GO levels)
- Background in business operations, strategic planning, or organizational development
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and executive communications
- Familiarity with scaling organizations and high-growth business environments
