Solicit deposits, insurance and investment products within guidelines; complete cold calling and source new customer leads through referrals to increase acquisition; manage account opening and maintenance including Debit Card issuance; facilitate HL Connect for new accounts to boost penetration; cross-sell wealth products to increase customer stickiness; maintain professional standards and comply with internal policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements (FSA, KYC, AML); leverage relationships to drive growth in wealth management outcomes; Mandarin language is an added advantage; demonstrate driving-for-results, consistency, ownership, and customer-centric service in a digitally-enabled banking environment.
