Executive - Business Channels Graduate Trainee Program focused on developing Personal Banker skills with a view toward progression to Priority Banking Relationship Manager. The program offers structured 12-month training in investment and insurance, mentoring, and hands-on experience in wealth advisory and client relationship management, with emphasis on driving results, consistency in performance, ownership, and leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities. End goal is deployment as a Personal Banker serving mass market clients. Required Qualifications
- Degree in any related field with min CGPA 3.2 and above, or Diploma holders with relevant working experience
