Job Summary
Executive – Business Channels (Personal Banker Associate) will drive relationship-building and growth by soliciting deposits, insurance, and investment products, completing new account openings, and maintaining client information while ensuring compliance with FSA, KYC, AMLA and internal policies. Key duties include cold calling, lead development from referrals, cross-selling banking products to increase wallet share, facilitating HL Connect for new accounts, maintaining service standards, and demonstrating professionalism in client interactions. The role emphasizes driving acquisition, penetration, and long-term client stickiness through wealth product knowledge and a sales-driven mindset, with Mandarin language being an added advantage. The position is based in Seremban, Malaysia, within Hong Leong Bank’s regional network.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field i.e. Banking / Accounting & Finance / Economics / Marketing / Business Studies
- Possessing licenses will be an advantage: PCE (Life); PCE (General); CIELI; FIMM/FMUTM; IPPC
