Job Summary
Executive - Business Channels (Operations & Customer Service) at Hong Leong Bank focuses on delivering superior service at branch level, managing walk-in customers, driving cross-sell of banking products (CASA, FD, PL, Credit Cards, and funding options), and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
