Job Summary
Define bonding processes, adhesive methods, and testing protocols to produce proto samples. Perform required testing to verify adhesive, machine, and method combinations for specific material applications. Manage supplier and customer interactions to establish feasible product development requirements. Install bonding development standards into production for salesman, test orders, and bulk manufacturing. Validate color-wise behaviors and production feasibility prior to implementation. Research new bonding and ultrasonic technologies to enhance time savings, cost effectiveness, and quality. Prepare documentation including comparisons, saving reports, budgets, and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree under Mechanical & Chemical Engineering
- 2 years of experience covering product development bonding process and production process
