Job Summary
Promote and sell vehicle loan products to individual customers and businesses while assessing financial situations to recommend suitable options. Guide clients through the application process, ensuring documentation is collected and verified, then collaborate with dealership partners to facilitate approvals and purchases. Maintain regular contact to provide updates on loan applications and resolve queries, while working closely with underwriters and loan processors to expedite disbursements. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management, ensuring compliance with lending regulations and internal policies. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis, continuously updating knowledge of vehicle loan products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to actively promote and sell vehicle loan products to individual customers and businesses
- Ability to assess customers' financial situations and recommend suitable loan products
- Ability to guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified
