Job Summary
Oversee banquets and catering operations; ensure health and OSHA compliance; manage inventory, purchasing, budgeting, labor, and cost control; train utility staff on sanitation standards and safe chemical usage; coordinate with Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership to implement banquet/event guidelines; maintain relationships with vendors and health department representatives; ensure guest service standards, operational efficiency, and financial goals are met; maintain accurate stock levels of china, glassware, and silver; ensure proper cleaning and breakdown procedures for banquets, restaurants, in-room dining, and the associate cafeteria.
