Job Summary
Executive - Banking Operations & Treasury responsible for end-to-end banking documentation, regulatory submissions, and liaison with banks for operational requirements. Key duties include managing bank account opening/closure/modification, handling KYC and BO declarations, board resolutions and mandate updates, setting up internet banking and access, supporting treasury operations (balance monitoring, fund transfers, allocations), tracking investment maturities and MIS reporting, maintaining bank account and signatory trackers, ensuring timely renewal/submission of compliance records, and coordinating with Finance, Legal, Secretarial, and Compliance teams as well as auditors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in banking operations, documentation, account opening, treasury operations, or finance operations
- Strong understanding of corporate bank account opening documentation and KYC requirements
- Familiarity with banking products such as current accounts, payment platforms, and internet banking
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and document management practices
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple banks and timelines simultaneously
