Job Summary
Executive Aviation is hiring a full-time Customer Service Agent Leads at the Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ). You will greet passengers, follow airline check-in policies, provide pre-flight grooming for priority seating, manage passenger boarding per airline procedures, understand flight document requirements and carry-on allowances, work with airline crew, audit flights as needed, assist with escalated passenger complaints, supervise the team of Customer Service Agents when needed, and assist with in-flight paperwork. The role offers salary range $23.50-$27.15/hour, comprehensive health benefits for full- and part-time team members, and flight benefits with the supported airlines. Qualifications include 2 years of experience, RAIC/security clearance, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and airline customer service experience as an asset.
