Job Summary
Executive Assistant to support CEO, SG: manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule, coordinate travel (visas, lodging, transportation), arrange meetings and events, handle emails and correspondence, prepare routine and non-routine documents/presentations, assist with vendor payments and expense reports, manage electronic filing with confidentiality, and support projects from an administrative perspective. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and proactive, ownership-driven approach are required; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; excellent verbal and written communication and customer-service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in providing administrative support to senior management.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials and critical assignments professionally.
