Job Summary
Executive Assistant to support two to three executives at Year Up United, providing high-level administrative and calendar support, travel planning, email and call management, and expense processing. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external communications, managing meetings and schedules, preparing materials for presentations, and supporting executives in preparing for events and public-facing engagements. The role involves collaborating with the Executive Operations team and senior leadership, mentoring students in weekly group sessions, and participating in staff trainings. This is a hybrid on-site role requiring a connection to two on-site days per week and ownership of tasks to improve productivity and organization, with a focus on professional, discreet handling of sensitive information and exceptional customer service. The position is based in US locations with on-site expectations in Boston, NY, or Washington, DC, and requires living and working in an approved Year Up United location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years’ senior Executive Assistant experience preferred
- Strong experience working as an Executive Assistant to senior corporate leaders
- Outstanding time management skills with ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Salesforce and Concur preferred
