Job Summary
Own and proactively manage executive calendars, coordinating internal meetings, one-on-ones, and external client engagements while prioritizing competing requests. Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries, and handle conference registrations and networking event logistics. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and correspondence, while tracking action items and driving accountability across Bloom Growth workflows. Assist with expense reports, invoices, and special projects, maintaining confidential documents as a trusted operational partner. Anticipate leadership needs, identify operational gaps, and recommend solutions to help executives remain focused on strategic priorities within the Energy Business Development Group.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of executive assistant or senior administrative support experience
- direct support of C-suite or senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced proficiency in collaboration platforms
- Advanced proficiency in AI tools
